Here are my three favorite coffeehouses in San Diego, as of today.

Cafe Bassam, Banker Hill
Old World feeling with some of the best coffee and ambiance in town.

Mystic Mocha, University Heights
Awesome neighborhood hidden gem. Great coffee drinks and breakfasts.

Krakatoa, Golden Hill
Totally hip, totally laid-back with kick your ass coffee drinks and grub.
